Your new role
Hays is currently working on a number of vacancies across the team to perform a range of tasks, inclusive of, but not limited to the following;
EL1 Program Manager
- Review of new and current projects
- Project reporting
- Coordination of project timelines and milestones
- Project mapping for new projects
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders and vendors
- Other Adhoc duties are required.
APS6 Social Policy Lead
- Engage with Non-Government institutions to conduct research
- Development of policy drafts
- Current policy review
- Development and coordination of Ministerial papers
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Mentoring of junior staff
APS5 Policy Officer
- Work with the broader policy team to support the development of policy
- Assist with the creation of policies and policy documentation
- Support multiple teams with the coordination, research and development of policies
- Act as a first point of contact for internal and external enquires
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in these roles, you must have performed the required tasks within the APS. This role is only open to Australian citizens, and you must be willing to undertake the process of a National Police check.
