Your new companyJoin our dynamic organisation as a Policy Manager, we are working with a forward-thinking agency committed to making a positive impact on Australian Industry. As a Policy Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our policies and driving strategic initiatives.
Your new roleThis is a key position where you will be working with a number of highly skilled subject matter experts to deliver a number of policy-related tasks,-inclusive of, but not limited to the following.
Develop and implement policies that align with the agencies vision and goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse regulatory changes and assess their impact.Monitor industry trends and propose adjustments to existing policies.Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and internal teams.Lead policy advocacy efforts and represent the company in relevant forums.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you must have proven experience in a similar position within the Australian Public Service. This role is only open to Australian citizens, and you must be willing to obtain a Federal Government Security Clearance (BAseline, NV1 or NV2)Candidates who are permanently engaged with the APS and are seeking a Section 26 Transfer are also encouraged to apply.
