Our client is one of the local government departments, who is based in Perth’s CBD. Our client is seeking Multiple HR Officer, HR Generalist, Talent Advisor and Talent Acquisition to join an existing team for an initial 12-month contract.
To be successful for this role you will need to be locally Perth based with excellent communication skills and previous experience working in a transferable Human Resources function.
Main responsibilities;
- Consults with business leaders to identify talent needs and plan recruitment campaigns.
- Supports position design, establishment, and assessment, including approval processes and creating new roles.
- Advises selection panels, officers, and stakeholders on recruitment strategies, systems, and processes.
- Reviews recruitment reports for compliance and accuracy and tracks key performance metrics.
- Ensures legal compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Promotes fair hiring practices and maintains knowledge of EEO guidelines.
- Prepares and distributes employment-related documentation.
- Coordinates pre-employment checks.
- Advises on talent acquisition strategies via social media.
- Guides Talent Support Advisors for efficient recruitment services.
Skills required;
- Demonstrated experience in a Talent (Recruitment) position, within a Human Resources environment (experience within Government highly desired) delivering Talent and Human Resources services.
- Ability to deal effectively and professionally with stakeholders and team members to assist in the development of clear and concise communication materials that are appropriately targeted to the audience.
- Experience working with either TechOne, RAMS or Ascender
