Your new company
Our state government client based in Perth’s CBD is currently seeking an experienced Talent Advisor to fill their temporary vacancy. This is a minimum 6-month temporary contract assignment with the opportunity to extend for the right person. This role will be working within a large in-house recruitment team reporting to a Talent Lead.
Your new role
Your responsibilities will include:
Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather and understand talent requirements
Support the design and implementation of position descriptions
Provide talent advice and support to interview panels
Ensure recruitment and selection processes are in line with compliance
Ensuring EEO practices and guidelines are followed
Developing recruitment reports and metrics
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:
Experience across end-to-end recruitment
Customer-focused attitude
Well demonstrated organisation skills
Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Preferably government experience
