Our Role
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to support our Music Department. This pivotal role offers a permanent, part-time opportunity at 0.6 FTE (term time only). Our ideal is for the spread of hours to be across 4 or 5 days per week however we are open to discuss alternative arrangements for the right candidate. Based at our scenic Box Hill campus, the position is perfectly suited to those who excel in innovative and lively educational environments and are looking to balance work with other commitments.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide a high-level administrative of support to the Head of Music and department staff.
- Manage student enrolments, variations, and billing processes.
- Coordinate logistics for music events, including graphic design and printing.
- Maintain and oversee the use of Music Monitor software, music resources, and instruments.
- Ensure accurate documentation related to student programs, resource catalogues, and instrument loans.
Successful applicants will:
- Possess a strong administrative background, preferably in music or event management.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organisational, and event management skills.
- Exhibit proficiency in ICT, particularly Microsoft Office and database management.
- Hold a valid Employment Working With Children Check.
- Uphold the values and vision of Kingswood College, contributing positively to our community.
