We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic person to join our large and diverse Music Faculty as an Administrator. This position, commencing Friday 12 July, is Part Time (10 hrs per week) Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 10.00am. This is a Term Time only position (so you are not required to work during the School Holidays).
You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the music department. Reporting to the Director of Music and assisting the Senior Music Administrator/PA to the Director of Music, this position will undertake rosters, timetabling, data entry, event planning, stocktakes, maintenance requests, resource maintenance and performance logistics.
