Bodega Collective, a pioneering force in the Australian hip-hop music scene and creative media agency, is on the lookout for a driven and passionate Music Management Intern. Join us for a dynamic 3-month internship, where you'll dive deep into the heart of the music and entertainment industry. This internship is a unique chance to gain practical experience while supporting our team in artist management, event coordination, brand partnerships, and innovative promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating tour logistics for artists, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and scheduling, ensuring a smooth and efficient tour experience.
- Undertake data entry tasks to keep artist information, bookings, and tour itineraries up-to-date and accurate.
- Support our marketing and press initiatives by crafting press releases, designing promotional materials, and managing media outreach to maximize artist visibility.
- Contribute to our social media strategy by managing timelines and creating engaging content that promotes our artists and highlights upcoming events.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions with the team to devise creative strategies for artist development and promotional campaigns, contributing fresh ideas that align with Bodega Collective's vision.
Requirements:
- A creative flair with social media, enabling the creation of visually compelling promotional materials.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, coupled with a meticulous eye for detail, to support our marketing and press activities.
- Robust organizational skills and the capability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Based in Sydney, with availability to work from our office in Annandale for 1.5 days a week, ideally between Monday and Wednesday.
