So, what’s the job?
- You’ll coordinate the effective implementation of Zurich’s Internal Controls Integrated Framework for IT across Cover-More Group
- You’ll work with our parent company Zurich to understand requirements and ensure Cover-More Group stakeholders are informed
- You’ll advise business on control design & implementation
- You’ll maintain controls documentation in our Governance, Risk and Compliance application
- You’ll monitor Line 1 control self-attestation
- You’ll oversee and coordinate management testing of controls
- You’ll work with control and process owners, and our Financial Internal Controls Manager, to assess impact of control deficiencies and agree on remediation actions
- You’ll train and advise control owners and testing team
And what are we looking for?
- You’ll have 7 years’ experience in IT Internal Controls, audit or compliance in a large public company or audit firm
- You’ll have proven stakeholder management skills with an ability to lead interactions with the technology and business stakeholders
- You’ll have strong verbal and written communication skills
- You’ll have experience building and developing collaborative relationships
- You’ll have an understanding of IT governance frameworks NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001
- You’ll thrive in a fast paced, global, multi-disciplinary team environment
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOX, COSO would be advantageous
