AddressWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Internal Accountant/NDIS Plan Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations and ensuring compliance with NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) requirements. This dual role requires a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the NDIS framework.
Internal Accounting:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability and sustainability.
NDIS Plan Management:
- Assist NDIS participants in managing their funding plans, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Process and monitor NDIS claims and payments, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Provide support and guidance to participants regarding their NDIS plans and financial management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NDIS policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement financial plans for NDIS participants to achieve their goals.
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure the delivery of services within the NDIS framework.
