We are currently searching for new Mystery Shoppers to join our Customer Experience Team!
As a Mystery Shopper, you will evaluate and make detailed observations on your customer experience in leading supermarkets, service stations, retail outlets, kiosks and restaurants.
To be a Creative Activation Mystery Shopper, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be passionate about improving retail customer experience
- Excellent attention to detail and information retention skills
- Enthusiastic, well presented and reliable
- High level communication skills
- Good organisation skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Intermediate computer skills and regular access to Internet, printer and a mobile phone
- Smartphone, iPad/tablet or digital camera

- Very attractive remuneration: Each job payment varies between $19- $50.
Please note: This is casual work
You should not rely upon mystery shopping has your sole income. You may expect to complete several assignments every month depending on your availability and our client requirements.
