Your new role
The Customer Remediation (Valuations Remediation Program) relates to our customers being overcharged for Commercial and Rural valuations. This is due to the complexities and manual nature of the on-charging process performed by our Bankers for panel valuations. Examples, where customers have potentially been overcharged include:
Incorrectly charging customers the value of GST.
Incorrectly charging a Management Fee.
Charging for Residential and Rural Lifestyle valuations, which are exempt when supporting consumer lending.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
File reviews on matching of fees charged for valuations.
Proactively manage customer files and demonstrate the right behaviours when completing file reviews.
What you'll need to succeed
High attention to detail with a focus on quality.
Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred.
Available during business-critical operating hours 9am to 5pm.
Skills required including great communication skills, comfortable with multiple tasks at one time and have a passion for investigation.
Banking and Finance background is preferred but not essential.
Self-motivated.
