About the role
Leading the Calvary Change Management team within the EPMO, this strategic role will provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to the existing Change Management team members and the wider Change Management community to develop and continuously improve this capability across the organisation.
Your main duties will include:
- Oversee the development of nationally significant program and project change management approaches, including the development of change team capability to executive these in the context of program/project needs.
- Analyse organisational impacts to determine the size and complexity of the change and associated risks, working closely with the Head of EPMO, National Director of Information Technology and Digital Transformation, and the broader Calvary leadership team to ensure that they are addressed.
- Ensuring Change Managers within the Change team can design program change strategies to support program delivery and outcome / benefit realisation.
- Identify innovation and service excellence opportunities that benefit the change management function, EPMO and broader Calvary, and oversee their acceptance by relevant stakeholders and implementation into the organisation.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business.
- MBA or master’s level degree in Business, Social Sciences or Communication disciplines (Desirable).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading Change Management functions or at a Change Advisor / Senior Change Management level on programs of significant national impact with complex change management requirements.
- Proven track record and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and their implementation in a large complex environment across multiple locations/geographies.
- Experience in the development, review, and implementation of a range of internal communication strategies, policies, practices, and procedures.
- Demonstrated record if designing and implementing enterprise, portfolio, and program level change management strategies to enable the achievement of business outcomes.
