This role is open to applicants for any of our offices in either Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney.This position offers a great opportunity to build on your skills to become an expert on eBilling requirements across multiple platforms. You will take a lead role, working proactively to manage our national eBilling function, assisting our support team to build their knowledge, trouble shoot and provide input on development of streamlined and efficient processes. - Develop and maintain client eBilling guidelines and provide training to key stakeholders across practice groups
- Manage and facilitate set up of new eBilling platforms
- Monitor and manage status updates across eBilling platforms
- Assist with troubleshooting any errors with eBilling
- Respond to requests to the designated eBilling Mailbox for support required on eBilling matters
- Provide backup eBilling and general billing support across practice groups
- Assist with processing and responding to requests received from the Finance helpdesk eg: audit reports, time transfers, manual write-offs, and reporting.
- Previous experience in eBilling, working with LEDES files and general billing processing in a law firm
- Advanced knowledge of Elite 3E (or other finance software) to manage eBilling, general billing and reporting requirements
- Experience and knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with issues and client information
- Ability to work under pressure and proactively manage deadlines
- Organised and proactive with high attention to detail
- Approachable to build rapport with key stakeholders across the firm.
