To meet the demands of the growing practice they are in search of a reliable, experienced Medical Receptionist who understand how an obstetrician and gynaecologist practice works - or is willing to learn everything about this rewarding environment.The Day to DayWhen caring for pregnant women and their babies anything can happen, so it is important to be flexible and ready to jump in whenever something comes up. However, there are daily duties that need to happen or the company to flow and client care to continue. These are;

• Answering phone calls
• Taking down and recording details
• Make calls and bookings
• Billing through the system
• Change appointments and rooms quickly
• Provide handover to your team members
• Learn how to use a sterilizer
