We operate more than $11.5 Billion worth of gas and electricity transportation assets.
As the National Facilities Manager, you will provide strategic leadership, planning and operational direction to the business, regarding the physical working environment of Jemena Group Property.
You will have the opportunity to partner and works closely with the Group Manager, Property, Fleet & Plant, and lead the National Facilities Management team; to deliver facilities management, aligned with the Jemena Group Property Strategy, Asset Management Plans and National Workplace Strategy.
The role is responsible for cost effective and responsive facility service delivery ensuring a productive, safe and engaging workplace, which complies with legislation and Jemena's policies and procedures.
A little about you:
- extensive experience in senior management within the Facilities / Building Services Maintenance industry with strong technical awareness and skills
- senior management experience including business management practices, risk management, service agreements and contractor performance management
- financial management including preparation, delivery and management of detailed facilities management and capital budgets
- engagement and management of external facilities service providers and contractors
- development, implementation and management of business process outsourcing across multiple states
- Trade qualifications and background relevant to facility management
- Strong understanding of technical, financial and commercial risks in relation to facility management
- PAS55 and ISO55001
- Australian Standards, Acts, Codes and Regulations in relation to building compliance
- Excellent analytical and asset life-cycle management skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project)
