RediMed’s Queensland expansion kicked off last year with our Spring Hill clinic, where our committed local team has started servicing Queensland businesses, back by the support of our 160- strong workforce from Western Australia.
By June 2024, we're adding two more locations in Mackay and at our flagship in Eagle Farm. To support this growth, we're recruiting for two leadership roles being National Head of Customer and QLD Operations Manager - Health and Exercise Services, alongside roles for health professionals including as senior OT/hand therapists, senior physiotherapists, customer support officers, exercise scientists, and exercise physiologists.
The Role
The National Head of Customer role is a pivotal role in RediMed’s national growth strategy.
This role will be responsible for all elements of RediMed’s go-to-market strategy including:
- marketing
- product design and development in response to market need
- customer journey mapping
- contract and pricing management
- tendering and proposal direction
- management of our Pipedrive CRM system
- events and social engagement management
- social media account management and;
- input into future initiatives and direction.
Ultimately responsible for ensuring that RediMed grows in alignment with our ambitions across all service lines, this role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will lead a team including business development, marketing, product, and customer relationship personnel based in a variety of states.
To be successful you will preferably have an allied health background and previous history working in compensable schemes, corporate health or injury management. You will have an unrelenting customer focus and understanding of what it takes to drive a customer-informed strategy across multiple schemes and legislative frameworks. You will understand how to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders in our customer network and will be a strategic thinker, experienced in running teams working in different locations and roles.
