As the National Logistics Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming the logistics landscape. Your expertise in procurement and supply chain methodologies will unlock new possibilities, all while streamlining operations and maximizing cost savings.

You will lead the charge in supplier performance management, ensuring adherence to high safety and service standards and operational excellence. By fostering strong relationships with external suppliers and contracted 3PL partners, both domestically and internationally, you will optimise delivery and elevate customer satisfaction.

As an ambassador of the logistics and supply chain team, you will build strong relationships internally and externally. As a key influencer you will drive strategic initiatives and key performance indicators, deliver exceptional service outcomes and propel Laminex to new heights.
Your Story and who YOU are
We are seeking a candidate with a strong knowledge of the Australian Logistics industry and a deep understanding of multi-channel third-party logistics providers. Your expertise in domestic, international freight forwarding operations and international sourcing methodologies will be crucial in expanding our global footprint.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of 5+ years in a logistics management role. Your deep understanding of supply chain operations and network optimisation will be essential in driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
You will possess a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end logistics procurement process and excel in supplier management activities. With proficiency in contract management that ensures seamless operations across our manufacturing and distribution networks.
We value data-driven decision-making. Your proven record of managing and designing data sets, interpreting, and communicating information accurately will be pivotal in shaping our logistics strategies and driving continuous improvement.
You will demonstrate sound commercial acumen with a strong operational capacity to deliver transformative cost saving projects, drive operational efficiency and customer experience gains including DIFOT and commercial improvement activities. Your role will include P&L and procurement reporting responsibilities.
You will inspire and guide a team of logistics professionals. Your leadership and strategic vision will shape our logistics operations and set new standards of excellence.
