CEA Are looking for a National Major Account Manager to develop the Construction and Infrastructure side of business. Direct, plan, coordinate, monitor and report on all aspects of Major Account operations.  Act in accordance with General Manager – Brands, Sales and Major Accounts directives and implement programs to achieve annual growth and profit targets, company goals, objectives and policies. 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven ability to manage and motivate personnel
• Customer Service focus
• Excellent People management and communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to understand and interpret financial statements 
• Strong commercial background
• Proven ability to grow the business and be accountable for performance target achievements
• Proven ability in Strategic planning and marketing initiatives
