Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturer and distributor of industrial equipment for various industries such as construction, manufacturing, transport, utilities and entertainment. They are seeking a proactive and motivated person to join their small and dynamic team in a pivotal role coordinating, scheduling and administering all activities for their major accounts with regular maintenance, breakdowns, after service repairs and installations to clients across Sydney and regional NSW.
You will be first point of contact for their major clients providing the highest level of customer service. This is a fast-paced environment where your responsibilities will include:
- Handling phone & email enquiries
- Liaising with clients to book servicing of equipment
- Opening & updating jobs status' in database
- Scheduling work for technicians on a daily/weekly basis whilst prioritising breakdowns
- Planning, prioritising & managing workload to completion
- Processing invoices
- Data maintenance
- Administration of Planned Maintenance Agreements and Major Contracts
- Purchasing uniforms & safety gear for technicians
- Providing general office assistance such as admin, reception, scanning & filing etc
- Prior scheduling experience in a similar role is essential
- Strong computer skills including familiarity with MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Highly organised & able to multi-task
- High attention to detail
