About the role:As the
National Manager,
AskACU Service Operations, you'll be responsible for leading and managing the integrated national AskACU Contact Centre and the seven physical campus based AskACU Centres. You'll be a part of the Student Administration leadership team and will ensure delivery of effective, innovative services and support to students and staff across the University.For full position details, refer to the position description.

- Total remuneration valued to $151,211 - $161,352 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $127,838 - $136,506 (pro rata) pa (HEW 9), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
