Were are seeking a National Marketing Manager who will support Partnered Health’s diverse healthcare business portfolio to best present themselves to the market across all media, with a specific focus on enhancing the business’ digital presence and activity. Working closely with their own new team, agencies and key business partners, this role will develop and execute the marketing plans for each business.
The ideal candidate is a services marketing expert, with experience in healthcare preferred, but not required. The role will collaborate with the teams to determine the best strategy for business or product marketing, collaboratively build plans based on that strategy and then support the execution of that strategy through product/service design, print and collateral design, social media and digital communications, email marketing and some event management. This role will solicit feedback from multiple stakeholders and manage multiple priorities to develop and execute on these marketing plans.
About the role:
- Work with the business leaders, to set the marketing strategies and plans for the relevant business units to deliver agreed business outcomes.
- Develop and implement an effective brand strategy for each business entity under the Partnered Health portfolio.
- Both work with internal resources (including management, BD and operations) as well as agencies to develop key content required for agreed marketing activities.
- Oversee and execute on key digital assets required, Ensuring the delivery of regular and relevant client communications across all forms of digital media.
- Build scale platforms which support individual clinics with their local area marketing.
- Enhance existing assets and build clear plans for supporting new product launches.
- Managing marketing expenditure and reforecasting in line with agreed budgets to minimise external spend.
- Building KPIs and other success metrics to enable a better understanding of the impact different strategies and tactics are having on driving business outcomes.
- Join the team with a minimum 5 years' experience working in marketing.
- Be passionate about all things marketing and will be equally comfortable working alongside internal and external stakeholders or on your own to deliver on outcomes.
- Enjoy working in a multi-faceted role and be able to perform in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate familiarity with social media and design/marketing platforms.
- Be a self-starter with strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, along with excellent attention to detail.
