AEIOU is a profit-for-purpose organisation, established in 2005 to deliver high-quality therapy and care. Our family-centred program meets the Guidelines for Good Practice and supports children with autism to develop essential life skills, independence, and confidence.

  • Developing and delivering programs and resources that will help families navigate the NDIS with confidence
  • Monitoring and reporting on developments within the NDIS that may impact AEIOU
  • Establishing and maintaining positive, engaging relationships with families during the enrolment process up to and including the offer process, with follow up once the child is enrolled.
  • Supporting families to develop the skills and confidence they need to navigate the NDIS and early years of an autism diagnosis in the ECEI space.
About you:
  • Knowledge of, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of NDIS Early Intervention Early Childhood Space and how this impacts AEIOU clients and the organisation
  • Be an articulate communicator and an excellent negotiator

  • Unrestricted open drivers license (some travel to centres required)
What we do for you:
  • Salary packaging benefits of up to $15,900 per year which increase your take-home pay
  • 5 weeks annual leave, plus the option to purchase an additional week
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for staff and immediate family
  • Values-based quarterly recognition awards
