Sales Representative/Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop new customer relationships and expand category sales within the existing client base.
• Focus on specific sales categories including Office Supplies Solutions, Office Furniture Solutions, Workwear & Commercial Printing.
• Emphasize a customer-centric approach, demonstrating friendly, warm professionalism, and a keen desire to understand and satisfy customers' needs.
• Drive new business relationships in a challenging and dynamic sales environment.
• Utilize provided sales tools, including CRM systems, sales strategies, and comprehensive support to ensure success.

Requirements:

• Proven success in B2B sales with a thorough understanding of the B2B sales process.
• Strong experience and demonstrated skills in a commercial sales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across a diverse range of customers.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Desire to learn about Bolton's diverse product range, including Stationery & Office Supplies, Work Wear, Office Furniture, and Commercial Printing.
• Appreciation of and confidence with business processes.
• Confident computer skills with attention to detail.
• Strong motivation, a desire to succeed, and a commitment to excellence.

Additional Information:

• This role involves travel to customer sites.
• A company vehicle (manual) is provided as part of the remuneration package.
