Responsibilities:
- Develop new customer relationships and expand category sales within the existing client base.
- Focus on specific sales categories including Office Supplies Solutions, Office Furniture Solutions, Workwear & Commercial Printing.
- Emphasize a customer-centric approach, demonstrating friendly, warm professionalism, and a keen desire to understand and satisfy customers' needs.
- Drive new business relationships in a challenging and dynamic sales environment.
- Utilize provided sales tools, including CRM systems, sales strategies, and comprehensive support to ensure success.
Requirements:
- Proven success in B2B sales with a thorough understanding of the B2B sales process.
- Strong experience and demonstrated skills in a commercial sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and rapport-building skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across a diverse range of customers.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Desire to learn about Bolton's diverse product range, including Stationery & Office Supplies, Work Wear, Office Furniture, and Commercial Printing.
