We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and dynamic National Operations Manager to join our Retail Leasing team in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of our business operations by providing high-level support to Head of Retail, Pacific.
About the role:
- Draft reports, business plans and case studies as and when required for the retail teams
- Co-ordinating national department functions, internal meetings and client meetings
- Review, approve national invoices for payment including recoverable codes and liaise with Finance Department
- Coordinate internal and external events
- General administration items and other duties as required.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Previous experience in commercial real estate is beneficial, but not essential
- Superior attention to detail and ability to remain focused on specific tasks
- Superior organization skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
- Demonstrable confidence and maturity in communication
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
