Due to our current expansion, an exciting opportunity has become available in our Sunshine Coast or Brisbane office for a motivated National Painting Manager to join our team.
The National Painting Manager will oversee a statewide team of Painters, and will ensure efficiencies and utilisation of resources, labour and material.
The role:
- Recruit, oversee and assist with training of Painters joining the ACG group.
- Participate in performance reviews, yearly reviews and one on ones.
- Manage painting trades across the ACG group.
- Quote and provide cost estimates for labour and materials.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external parties.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and painting techniques.
- Contribute to and abide by WHS policies and procedures.
- Keep accurate and up to date records of materials and hours worked.
About you:
- Qualified and licensed painter, carpenter or multi-trade.
- Possess leadership and management skills or experience.
- Possess current driver's license.
- Possess a valid white card.
- Able to pass a police check.
- Willingness to compete overtime during busy periods.
- Proficient computer skills.
