As a pivotal member, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities, fostering client relationships, and achieving revenue targets while aligning with our company's values and vision.
Role Overview:
- Identify opportunities within our capabilities and local market.
- Generate and nurture leads, negotiating and closing deals.
- Strategically plan and execute initiatives to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with operations to ensure successful delivery.
- Embrace and embody the values and vision of LSRP.
Initial Expectations:
- Develop growth strategies aligned with your expertise and industry contacts.
- Achieve sales targets as negotiated prior to accepting role.

Professional Qualifications & Experience:
- Thorough understanding of the commercial construction industry.
- Previous experience in Business Development or sales roles.
- Estimating experience is advantageous but not required.

Position Incentives:

- Base salary for a full-time position starts at $90,000 per annum (excluding superannuation), negotiable and regularly evaluated.
