An incredibly rare and exciting opportunity in a leadership position is now available as the Technical Lead within the Development Engineering team here at Council!
Reporting to the Coordinator Development Services (Engineering), this role is an important leadership position within the Development and Planning Branch and works alongside the Coordinator Development Services (Engineering). The primary focus of the role is to lead a highly motivated, engaged and focused team to facilitate the delivery of the post-approval construction processes alongside the environmental assessment and construction processes across our diverse region to support planned development outcomes.
The Technical Lead works at a high level of autonomy and initiative to manage the flow of work in the team whilst providing Technical Leadership, coaching and a supportive environment to enable the team to perform and achieve success.

Capable - You have experience and demonstrated knowledge of development and civil construction. There is still room to learn on the job!
