Belgravia Health & Fitness is an exciting part of the Belgravia Group, with rapid growth across multiple franchise brands including the well-known Genesis Health & Fitness Clubs, Coaching Zone & Ninja Parc's. The business has identified a need to appoint an additional corporate property professional to work across the portfolio of brands, namely, Genesis Fitness, Ninja Parc, Pursuit and Jump Swim School.

The Role
The role of Property Manager will be responsible for the management of an assigned portfolio of leasehold properties.
The objective of the role is to effectively manage the portfolio, including administration systems as well as negotiate renewals and option lease negotiations. Logging, management, and resolution of property maintenance issues in line with lease provisions.
Tasks within the role will include but not limited to:
- Strategically conduct negotiations of lease renewals, surrenders, make goods and market rent reviews, procurement if required, negotiation of commercial terms and lease documents.
- Manage the administration systems, including maintaining property records, systems and databases.
- Work collaboratively with the broader property and procurement team to ensure all property related projects remain on track wherever possible, identifying and resolving any issues in a timely manner to ensure disruption is minimised
- Service the franchisee network and internal departments on property related matters including new leases, renewals, and property maintenance issues.
- Be a support function to the tenants/franchisees
About you
- Prior, proven experience in transactional leasing within commercial real estate
- Strong negotiation skills, proven success in driving favourable outcomes on behalf of the tenant
- Well networked with owners and agents within the Melbourne market (highly regarded)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
- Experience working within retail franchise environment or tenant advisory role (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated ability to work, interact and communicate effectively with Stakeholders at all levels, building positive, lasting professional
- Stable employment history
- Ability to work independently, whilst achieving role objective
- Strategic thinker, innovator and people leader
- Ability to travel interstate if required
