We are looking to bring in an experienced National Restoration Manager to lead FEN (Flood & Fire Emergency Network)  with a vision for growth and continuous improvement in delivering a high performing service to our clients, and in supporting one of the largest National Restoration networks across Australia.
  
FEN (Flood & Fire Emergency Network) is part of the Ambrose Construct Group and is Australia’s largest management group of professional Restorers throughout Australia. Our clients are insurance companies, insurance assessing firms, insurance builders, and commercial & domestic body corporates, who require fast, efficient, and cost-effective restoration service. FEN has been managing restoration claims throughout Australia for over 15 years.

The role is, but not limited to:

Clients:

  • Enhance current client relationships to drive organic growth through performance and responsiveness
  • Deeply understand and deliver on our client’s SLA’s to exceed their expectations
  • Build relationships with current and future clients to diversify business revenue
  • Prioritise client escalations to deliver a best-in-class resolution service 
  • Problem solve complex situations, on your own and as part of a team to deliver clear and executable solutions swiftly
  • Attend client performance discussions and contribute positively to delivering outcomes 
  • Drive internal training and awareness to ensure superior use of compliance in client systems
Reporting & Analysis:
  • Undertake strategic planning with management on delivering outcomes both from a business perspective for KPI’s and client SLA’s
  • Work closely with the General Manager and the Ambrose Construct Group to deliver reports, analysis findings, potential risk areas and forecast opportunities
  • Provide support and assistance to the organisation in the ongoing reporting and development of client key performance indicators and operational reporting requirements
  • Assist with cost adherence and target attainment including preparation of reports and action plans
Operations:
  • Strategic Business Development and relationship building with key contacts in the Insurer, Loss Adjuster, Broker and National Restoration network.
  • Manage the swift resolution of complaints and root cause analysis
  • Assist in the coordination of operational activities within the organisation including project support, coordination, collation of information, reporting and visualisation of data analysis, system and performance enhancement
  • Work with National stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes and to achieve goals set for the business, state, region and individual team members
  • Support the organisation to provide efficient systems and accurate reporting
  • Attend client functions/roadshows/training as required
  • Contribute positively with project stakeholders and leaders to ensure the efficient delivery and maintenance of business performance solutions
  • Provide operational support to the Executive Leadership Team in achieving the organisational goals including reviewing performance against the strategic objectives.
  • Deliver honest and solutions based feedback at all levels of the organisation
  • Establish and maintain communication links/processes/systems with relevant leaders, staff, clients and stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Undertake other duties consistent with the role where required and/or requested by General Manager.
  • Contribute positively to the company brand and culture
  • Contribute to and comply with all statutory legislation including the relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures applicable to Ambrose Construct Group
Qualifications:
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience in business operations, supplier performance, relationship management 
  • Knowledge of and experience in the insurance and restoration industry is highly desirable
  • Relationships with external clients and knowledge of their systems is highly desirable
  • Ability to meet and exceed deadlines 
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to client escalations
  • Strong people management skills
  • High level of personal integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to have constructive conversations and enhance performance
  • Willingness to maintain open and constructive dialogue with all staff, customers, clients and external stakeholders as and when required
