About the Role:

Their next target market is Healthcare into the Rural and Remote sectors of Australia. As the National Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in scaling our market penetration into the Nursing sector and beyond. Reporting to the General Manager(s), your role will be to leverage your market knowledge and experience to strategically target various geographies, one at a time, and spearheading our entry into new verticals thereafter. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving the organisation's new business performance, through both team engagement, and personal contribution through strategic account acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Account Acquisition: Personally engage in prospecting, on-boarding, and maximising strategic accounts, setting a high-performance standard for the rest of the team.
  • Performance Oversight: Responsible for the new business performance across the organisation, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with core business objectives, ensuring agile adaptation to market changes and opportunities.
  • Market Engagement: Play an integral role in market-facing activities such as trade shows and events to generate leads and elevate brand presence.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Act as a key member of the leadership team, fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to drive unified business growth.
  • Adaptability: Exhibit flexibility to shift focus as per company requirements and explore opportunities in variable sectors targeted by the organisation.

About You:
  • Demonstrated leadership in business development, preferably within a Nursing/Health sector provider or dual-sided marketplace.
  • Proven ability to manage high-performing teams and drive significant business growth.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and partnership management.
  • Commitment to results, with a history of exceeding business targets.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to and growing within a dynamic startup environment.
