About the Role
Identifying the right talent is key to the success of this project; the right attitude is very important; as is adaptability, being results-focused and having commercial acumen with a drive to succeed.
We are seeking experienced pharmaceutical Sales Managers for a new primary care sales team commencing April 2024. Your team will consist of up to 11 GP Sales Representatives based in Sydney tasked with the promotion of a pharmaceutical device in the diabetes space.

Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working as a Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical sales industry.
Develop, direct and control sales and marketing strategies for the business to optimize sales and profitability for the portfolio through the product and indication lifecycles whilst achieving revenue and profit targets for the respective planning periods
Manage sales planning and operations, sales in-field coaching and field force effectiveness improvements
Evaluate and manage the performance of team members
Regular reviews and updates of the infield execution strategy in cooperation with the sponsor client, the respective brand manage * High level of business analytics and strong commercial acumen, able to use different data sets and territory reporting to help manage your business
  • Strong clinical acumen and learning agility
  • Values orientated individual with a strong desire to work collaboratively in a team
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and develop a successful team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor of Science or relevant degree (Not mandatory)
