About the role:
As National BDM – Arctic Store, you’ll report to the Country Manager and drive business growth and customer experience across Australia:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the National ArcticStore plan, working closely with Regional Managers
- Exceed rental targets and focus on market expansion and servicing of existing large client base
- Manage fleet acquisition of new equipment, monitoring, maintenance, and repair
- Drive National and Key Account pitches to target industries with support from global marketing
- Ensure full compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. We are committed to ISO Quality and Environmental standards.
Ideal candidates profile:
- Demonstrated success in senior B2B Business Development/Account & Relationship management roles, ideally in refrigeration or container industries
- Communication and interpersonal abilities to build trusted relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Collaborative approach with experience in operational planning
- Analytical mindset to identify business opportunities and measure progress
