Key Responsibilities
- Craft and implement a National Sales strategy to significantly scale business operations and revenue.
- Lead and expand the Sales & service teams, including recruiting, training, and mentoring top talent. Opportunity to recruit talent.
- Drive the marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and generate leads across diverse sectors.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and client relationships to secure and grow major accounts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to continually refine strategies and practices.
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing strategies with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of scaling sales operations and achieving substantial revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
