Key Responsibilities

• Craft and implement a National Sales strategy to significantly scale business operations and revenue.
• Lead and expand the Sales & service teams, including recruiting, training, and mentoring top talent. Opportunity to recruit talent.
• Drive the marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and generate leads across diverse sectors.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and client relationships to secure and grow major accounts.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to continually refine strategies and practices.
• Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing strategies with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of scaling sales operations and achieving substantial revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Deep understanding of the environmental and safety products sector, with established industry networks.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related fields.
