The Role

The National TV & Digital Sales Manager is responsible for developing and leading growth strategies for revenue and revenue share within the national TV and Digital sales portfolio, in line with the SBS Media Sales and SBS Strategic Plans. 

Reporting into the Director, Media Sales this role will see you:

• Working with the Director, Media Sales in undertaking strategic, business, and financial planning for the sales operation for the set financial years including sales forecasts, costs budgets, and operational efficiency improvement plans and phasing. 
• Creating short, medium and long term commercial advertising strategies which deliver above market performance across BVOD, Linear, Radio and Audio assets.  
• Managing and optimising Agency and Client relationships for TV and Digital revenue. 
• Recommending departmental operational, capital strategic projects and resources in line with the strategic plans. 
• Managing and optimising headcount and structures to budget while being in line with strategic workforce plans. 
• Build strong relationships both internally and externally to enhance the overall team effectiveness and performance.
