Opportunities are plenty for those ready to accept the challenge.This opportunityWorking across Vodafone, TPG and iinet websites, the Digital Sales Manager is accountable for meeting or exceeding Digital Sales and Upgrades targets. Central to the role will be end-to-end responsibility for defining and driving the Digital Sales strategy and plan to achieve budget with a hyper focus on improving the rate of completed sales of digital orders (activation rate) which is the number one Digital Sales Priority.This position will require the ability to analyse and breakdown complex processes and systems, identify and prioritise gaps/ improvement areas (including business casing and commercial assessment), and clearly communicate and prioritise the delivery of these items with various teams across this business. Additionally, you will support setting up reporting and analytics with the BI and Commercial Sales teams. To do this you will need be skilled in working on complex business problems and be highly effective at stakeholder management/ collaboration.Responsibilities
- Digital sales activation rate strategy: Help define and drive the Digital Sales strategy in line with the Digital Budget, the broader Sales strategy and Consumer Commercial strategy
- Analyse and breakdown complex processes and systems: Working with various teams to identify system and/or process drivers impacting order to sales completion
- Identify and prioritise gaps/ improvement areas: Using your in depth understanding of the processes and systems, synthesise the key gap/ improvement areas, using prioritisation methodology to support your recommended priority order for the business to tackle
- Communicate and prioritise delivery of initiatives
- Support set up of reporting and analytics: brief in your requirements for ongoing reporting and analytics so that activation rate performance and key drivers can be measured regularly and easily analysed
- 5+ years' experience in Operations management, Analyst, Product Management, roles or any role that includes experience that would meet the role description
- Lean Six Sigma, or experience in analysing and breaking down complex business processes or systems
