NDIS Bookkeeper remote
We assist NDIS providers Australia wide, We have a number of different clients needing to engage bookkeepers. We currently have an open for Assistant bookkeeper. We are looking for a motivated team player who is passionate about customer service and building relationships.
You will be working remotely and for a number of different providers.
Responsibilities
Handle general administrative tasks including emails, calls, reporting, and filing.
Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes.
Process supplier invoices, generate regular supplier payment runs and reconcile supplier accounts.
General ledger, balance sheet and bank reconciliations management.
Complete month end, quarterly and year end accounting tasks to ensure the timely reporting of all financial information.
Analyse and report on trends in financial performance across all business units
experience using XERO
experience using Microsoft Excel
Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable experience
Knowledge of managing small- organisation’s accounting, tax and statutory compliance requirements
Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision
Strong attention to detail
Must have or willing to obtain:
Professional membership e.g.: CPA Australia (CPA), Institute of Chartered Accountants or Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (CIMA)
Police check
Working with children’s check
Complete NDIS module

- Expected salary: $40 - $55 per hour
