We are looking for someone with a big heart, can-do attitude, lots of enthusiasm and knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to match.
Caring for Carers and Families (CCAF) provides Plan Management to participants in the NDIS. We are seeking an experienced Data Entry clerk who has had experience in a similar role.
As a minimum you will have one year (1) experience working in a Data Entry position for an NDIS registered provider. Ideally, you will know your way around a keyboard and be efficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word and of course you will be great on the phone and email. You are also somebody who can work autonomously and within a team, ensuring the best outcome is delivered to CCA clients.
You must be comfortable on the phone and be willing to talk to Carers, participants and service providers. There will never be a dull moment and it all happens in a great environment where you are valued and appreciated.
