Our client, a fantastic organisation offering Disability Support Services is looking for a NDIS Operations Support Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.  

As a member of the NDIS Intake & Planning team, The Operations Support Officer will work within a team to support new client intakes and the transition of existing clients between NDIS plans.
  
Key Accountabilities

Working under the direction of the NDIS Intake & Planning Manager, the Operations Support Officer role includes the following:

• Comprehensively respond to queries from potential and existing clients
• Obtain information for new intakes and update systems accordingly
• Maintain the intake enquiry register
• Despatch service agreements & follow up on any outstanding agreements
• Facilitate the process of participant plan reviews 

About You

• Good understanding of the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• A friendly disposition
• Excellent attention to detail
• Capable of delivering outcomes within tight deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Current police check essential 
• Current WWC and NDIS screening
