Your new role:- An opportunity to work alongside a passionate and dedicated team
- Provide a high level of clinical expertise in supporting patients and their carers to access NDIS supports
- Work closely with the inpatient and outpatient
- Work on service improvements to streamline NDIS processes
About you:- You have experience in the mental health or aged care setting
- Demonstrated experience navigating NDIS
- Capacity to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to problem solve in a changing environment
- You have effective communication skills and a passion for continued professional development and research development
