NDIS Support Coordination Intake Administrator

- Experience or knowledge of NDIS or interest in the disability field/transferable skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office and excel.
- Adaptable to change and adaptable to being able to learn new computer skills
- Being able to research changes within a NDIS environment (ever changing) as well as building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to assist support coordinators with onboarding new clients
- Being highly organised and being able to multitask and have effective communication when speaking to clients with a disability
- Being respectful and non-judgemental

- Ensuring the services are managed in alignment to Strategic Priorities, and customer needs
- Support and promote the vision, mission, and strategic and business plans

- Comply with the Group’s code of conduct, policies, and procedures at all times
- Commit to our principle of participant-centric support and work within the NDIS Service Standards framework at all times. Assisting with administration paperwork regarding onboarding and exiting clients as well as auditing tasks
- Managing client waitlists
- Assisting the support coordinator’s with tasks as needed
What you need:
The successful applicant will be required to hold or be willing to obtain;
- A current Driver’s Licence and own vehicle
- Up to date Covid 19 Vaccinations
- NDIS Workers Screening check
- Working with Children Check (Employee)
- NDIS Worker Orientation certificate

Salary: $68,000.00 – $78,999.00 per year
