What you’ll be doing…
Our NDIS Support Workers, internally known as a Social Facilitators, are passionate about the support they provide, are team players who can think outside the box, are able to take initiative, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. They have an outgoing personality and a willingness to ensure participants receive the highest quality and meaningful supports each day with a ‘can do’ attitude.
As a Social Facilitator, you will support participants to select and determine the goals and experiences that they choose to work towards as part of their NDIS Goals and Service Agreement and facilitate the development and execution of individual developmental support plans.

What you will need…
- Certificate IV in Disability Work or relevant experience in working with people with disabilities
- Current NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) and evidence of completion of the NDIS Quality, Safety and You course
- Current First Aid Certificate
- A Can Do Attitude, able to work with initiative and also as a team member, be passionate about delivering quality services
- Current Drivers Licence with ability and willingness to drive and operate within Sydney metropolitan areas
