Ndis Support Worker

Join our dedicated team in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and enhance their independence. We are seeking compassionate NDIS Support Workers to provide individualized care and support to our clients participants throughout the Sydney region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personalized Support: Assist participants in achieving their NDIS goals, focusing on enhancing daily living skills and independence.
• Daily Activities: Help in breaking down tasks to build consistent routines, promoting skill development and self-reliance.
• Personal Hygiene Assistance: Support with personal care tasks, ensuring dignity and respect in all aspects of care.
• Community Engagement: Plan and participate in community-focused activities that align with participants' interests and goals.
• In-Home Care: Provide assistance within the participant's home, tailored to their needs and comfort.
• Transportation: Safely transport clients to appointments, outings, and other activities, facilitating community access and participation.
• Innovative Interaction: Employ creative and individualized approaches to engage with each participant, catering to their unique needs and preferences.

Ideal Candidate:

• Compassionate and patient, with a genuine interest in supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with participants and their families.
• Previous experience in a similar role or a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check and Worker Screening check at Service NSW (or willingness to obtain).
• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings as required.
