A position has opened for a Casual Disability Support Worker role available in the Western Sydney Area.
Immediate start required.
About the role:
Supporting our participants in their homes with:
- Domestic assistance
- Exceursions/Activities
- Transport
- Meal preperation
- All other aspects of daily living as per the NDIS plan
- Community services (including taking the participant sight-seeing, cafes, groceries shopping.
- Attending to household duties (including but not limited to tidying up, organisation, gardening and kitchen
cleaning) - Taking the participant to scheduled appointments e.g., specialists, doctors or other.
- Assisting the participant with walking aids/mobility ect.
- Personal care if required.
- Travel using own car to help participant access the community.

Mandatory requirements:
- Valid drivers license/comprehensive car insurance
- First aid certificate or willing to obtain
- CPR certificate or willing to obtain
- Working with childrens check or willing to obtain
- Current police check or willing to obtain
- NDIS modules or willing to obtain
- Working in Australia rights
- COVID-19 full vaccination status

Job Type: Casual - Day and afternoon shifts only
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (Preferred)
- Working with Children Check (Preferred)
- National Police Certificate (Preferred)
- Driver Licence (Required)
