Based in a coveted location in Sydney’s west and with our services expanding across Sydney this role is ideal for those who are already pursuing a career in disability or HCP support.
Qualifications & Experience
- Ability to provide social service to the clients.
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people.
- Have experience in medication, domestic, personal care and social
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- High level of time management and organizational ability.
- Willingness to participate in further education opportunities.
- Available on 3-4 weekdays and weekend
- Previous experience working as support worker or similar (preferred).
Essential Requirements
- Experience in Disability or Aged Care services
- Good communication skills by English.
- Certificate III and above in Health Industry will be an advantage.
- Satisfactory Australian National Police check
- Working With Children Check,
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Current valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
