About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced NDIS professional with an extensive knowledge of the NDIS legislation, rules and regulations and demonstrated experience in managing and setting workforce guidelines and procedures. You will play a pivotal role in the management of our NDIS Team as well as delivering outstanding service to key stakeholders (internal and external) to develop rapport and grow the NDIS division.

To be successful:
You will have …
- In depth understanding of NDIS legislation, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of the NDIS Operational Guidelines.
- Experience with PACE and the new my NDIS provider portal.
- Demonstrated experience managing a workforce to set guidelines and procedures.
- Development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills with the capacity to prepare reports and correspondence in clear and concise language
- Well-developed work organisation skills, the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Proven ability to think innovatively, affect change, and shape positive workplace culture.
- Work in a fast paced growing environment.
Skills:
- Motivation to take ownership of the position.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including M365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform and related technologies desirable.
What we require before commencement:
- NDIS Worker Orientation Training Module
- Right to work in Australia - Australian Passport/Australian full birth certificate/valid visa to work in Australia. Worker Screening Check
- COVID Vaccination certificate - min 2 COVID vaccinations plus at least one booster
- Training Hand Hygiene and Infection Control training
- National Hand Hygiene Initiative Learning Management System (southrock.com)
- Police Check (You will have this if the NDIS Workers Screening Check Is Complete)
- National Police Check | Service Victoria

- Annual salary of $85,000 - $90,000 + super (depending on experience)
