As a Network Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in planning and optimizing our portfolio, ensuring our network remains robust, competitive, and aligned with our strategic goals. This hands-on role will see you traveling across various regions, leading acquisitions and upgrades to enhance commercial performance and ROI, ranging from small site improvements to major upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an integrated network plan, guiding our expansion and optimization efforts.
- Manage acquisitions, divestments, and project management for site rebuilds, ranging from small improvements to major upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the customer experience and gather valuable insights.
- Oversee capital investment programs and budgeting to support network planning activities.
- Create and manage a pipeline of projects to optimize portfolio performance and manage risk.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold safety and environmental standards at all site locations.
- Drive efficiencies while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business, marketing, town planning, or related discipline.
- 5+ years' hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Proven project management skills and extensive knowledge of network planning.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities with a commercial mindset.
- Experience in retail property or petroleum industry preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks pertinent to fuel industry operations and commercial property development.
- Analytical mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
