Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate market.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, investors.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic Business Development plans to achieve company goals.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align Business Development strategies with overall company objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
