Position Overview: As a Real Estate Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and identifying strategic opportunities for expansion. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in Business Development.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate market.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, investors.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement strategic Business Development plans to achieve company goals.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align Business Development strategies with overall company objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement effective advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of Business Development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
