Business Development Manager - Real Estate

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Manager with a strong focus on property management, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business and building lasting relationships with property owners. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, connect with the sales agents and build the property management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new property
management clients
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, Real Estate agents and
other key stakeholders to generate referrals and increase business
opportunities
- Stay updated with industry developments, legislation & regulations and
market trends to position our services effectively
- Drive business growth
- Generate leads by cold calling, constructing mailouts etc.
- Build & nurture a database
- Appraise property & client appointments
- Provide up to date market knowledge to investors
- Social media marketing

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven track record of success in a comparable Business Development OR
Sales role, preferably within the Real Estate industry – previous experience
highly desirable but not essential
- An understanding of property management operations, industry trends and
best practices
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities with a keen eye for
detail
- Self motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to
work independently
- Proficient in using CRM software and related tools
- Real Estate experience necessary
