This position entails managing daily network operations, prioritising customer network change requests, participating in project implementation and receiving mentorship to support Senior Network Engineers as needed.
About you-
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in deploying and supporting network technologies.
- Proficient in supporting multi-protocol route/switch network environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in supporting and maintaining Cisco and Aruba wireless solutions, encompassing authentication and management components with practical hands-on experience.
- Demonstrated experience with managing major incidents
- Competent working within an operations environment, providing 24x7 rostered support
- Skilled in using and understanding troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with vulnerability management and software/patching upgrade activities
- Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong, productive relationships with both clients and internal team members.
- Desirable: CCNP, SDWAN, Cloud Networks, CCNA Wireless, ACA-CA, ACP-CA, Routing & Switching, network authentication/authorisation.
