We are a leading Managed Security Service Provider, specialising in ICT Security solutions, seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Support person with Level 2 or Level 3 skills, to join our professional services team.

Our in-house technical team provide unparalleled ICT support and client services. Our clients, who are typically medium and larger sized companies, rely on us for ongoing support. Our team design, implement, manage, secure and support an extensive range of networked infrastructure.

Whilst the majority of support is performed remotely and proactively using the latest systems administration systems and tools, telephone and onsite assistance is sometimes required. We also deliver client-specific projects that include the design and deployment of complex server and cloud-based solutions. Sample projects include Microsoft / Office 365 migrations, server installation and consolidation, Hyper-V and VMware, advanced firewalls, WAN acceleration, secure wireless and SD-WAN based solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your existing networking support skills.

Applicants must meet ALL of the following minimum requirements: -

• Have industry experience working with a MSSP (or MSP).
• Be proactive and passionate in providing exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, with clear English communications
• Able to work individually and within a team
• Demonstrate problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Be honest and reliable, with a positive and enthusiastic "CAN DO" attitude
• Possess a strong desire to develop and expand ICT networking knowledge
• Sound knowledge with one or more of the following: - Office 365, MS Exchange, DAGs, Hyper-V, SAN, RDS, SD-WAN, Firewalls, Network Switching, Cloud, Azure

Experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:

• Supporting firewalls, switching, wireless, routing – Fortinet, Cisco, etc.
• Sound experience with utilising and updating RMM & Network Monitoring tools (Connectwise, Labtech, PRTG, Solarwinds, etc.)
• Industry recognised certifications such as Fortinet NSE4, CCNA, Azure, ITIL, Network+, relevant tertiary qualifications
